Khumbu is a region in northeastern of Nepal on the Nepalese side of Mount Everest, and one of three subregions of the main Kirat Kulung and Sherpa settlement of the Himalayas. Khumbu's elevation ranges from 3,300 meters to 8,848 meters, the summit of Mount Everest.

This highly functional material is made from recycled nylon yarn, created through a unique production process. The resulting yarn is then dyed blending ingredients extracted from discarded onion peels and plant materials. Not only is this material highly functional, but also boasting a water repellency function with an initial water repellency grade of 4 or higher.
